Arrive at the stunning Hoar Cross Hall to meet your retreat hosts Ngozi and Obehi. Join your fellow WonderWomen in the cosy lounge whilst your hosts explain the procedure for the next few days. You will be taken on a private tour of the hotel and grounds before being shown to your room to freshen up. Indulge in some ‘me-time’ before joining your cohort for pre-dinner drinks and a delicious 3 course meal. Your journey to self-awareness has begun.
Day 2: Think Past & Present
Have a lie in or wake your body up with some early morning exercise- it’s up to you. Join us for breakfast in the elegant dining room before we kick the workshop off with some self-reflection. Explore and reflect on your past and present and learn to appreciate how everything you have been through has made you more valuable. Later that afternoon, banish your negative thoughts with a tailor made ceremony designed to lift your spirits and build camaraderie with your fellow WonderWomen. Enjoy further Self-Alignment time later in the afternoon before joining your peers for dinner in the evening.
Day 3: Think Future
Time to explore what you really want out of life. Free the dreams that you have kept hidden for so long and visualise the future you hope for. Learn the core steps to ‘5 ways to wellbeing’ and how you can continue to nurture and take care of your desires, your mind, and your body. Then indulge in wellness activities during your Self-Alignment time, before joining your cohort once again for dinner and drinks on this final night.
Day 4: Act
Now it is time to bring all your learning together to develop a comprehensive Action Plan. You will leave the workshop with a clear understanding of where you want to go and how you plan to get there. You have made allies along the way who will continue to support you on your journey once your return home. You are renewed. You are a WonderWoman.
