In 2008 the government identified 5 actions to improve personal wellbeing:
- connecting with others,
- being active,
- taking notice,
- learning something new and giving to others.
Unfortunately, given the business of modern life, it is rare that we are able to find time to do all of these things all of the time.
Our ANGEL of wellbeing course explores the importance and impact of each of these five ways on happiness.
You will look at how you are faring in each of these areas and identify ways to bring about greater balance and ultimately, happiness to your life by finding those areas that need most focus. You will leave with a better understanding of your current anxieties and stressors and identify ways to combat these through a more holistic approach to life.
